MBOSC is helping you get more trails!

Mountain Bikers of Santa Cruz was founded in 1997 to support, preserve, and expand trail access and responsible mountain biking in Santa Cruz County and has since become a highly-skilled trail stewardship organization with expertise in advocacy, trail, and bike park design, construction and maintenance, and project funding. We are driven by passionate volunteers and high-caliber professional staff who promote legal and sustainable mountain bike access through trail building, hosting races and events, and collaborating throughout the county. MBOSC has proven to be an invaluable partner for local land managers, investing nearly $1,000,000, over 10,000 hours of staff time, and over 20,000 hours of volunteer time (a $550,000 value) in trail construction and maintenance since 2012. We are focused on furthering our mission to make Santa Cruz the best place to be a trail user!

• The “Support Trails & Win a Caletti” drawing is open to contestants world-wide.
• The “Support Trails & Win a Caletti” drawing is being conducted by Mountain Bikers of Santa Cruz, Inc. (MBOSC), a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation under the laws of the State of California.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets one (1) person may purchase.
• MBOSC Employees, Board members and their spouses are not eligible to participate in this drawing.
• Drawing tickets are $10.00 each. Drawing tickets can be purchased by credit card only. 
• By IRS declaration, ticket purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions.
• Odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets sold.

• All ticket orders forms must be received with full payment no later than 11:59PM on May 30, 2020.
• Prize: One prize will be given away. First Prize: Caletti steel frame of the winner's choice, built to winner's specifications, value estimated at $2,450. Winner may choose to upgrade to titanium frame and pay the difference. Does not include any other componentry. 
• Drawing will be held at the MBOSC office in Santa Cruz, CA on June 1, 2020. The winner will be determined by random selection.
• Winners will be notified by via phone and email within 1 day of the drawing.
• The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses incurred in claiming the Caletti frame. The Prize winner understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the First Prize winner is receiving a prize and will hereby release and discharge MBOSC, and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize, including, but not limited to the payment of any and all taxes that are due.
• Prize must be claimed by December 15, 2020. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to MBOSC as a donation.
• MBOSC, its Board of Directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or entries without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
• The decisions and rules of MBOSC are final on all matters concerning the drawing.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• No purchase necessary to enter the sweepstakes. To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten postcard to Administrator at: MBOSC, P.O. Box 331, Santa Cruz CA 95061.  Containing your (i) full name (if a minor, your parent/legal guardian’s name as well); (2) mailing address, including street address, city, state/district, and zip code (P.O. boxes not accepted); (3) telephone number; (4) email address; (5) date of birth; and (6) a statement that, “I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules for the Support Trails & Win a Caletti Sweepstakes”.  All write-in entries must be postmarked by May 25, 2020 and received by May 30, 2020. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per person.
